Navigating the courseware as a Teacher

Courseware Main Page 

When logging into the courseware for the first time, you will see the main page with the navigation bar down the left-hand side.

Navigation bar buttons

The following pages can be accessed via the left-hand navigation bar:

Shows you the courses you have access to.

Opens the Team Progress dashboard which allows you to manage students and see their progress. See Team Dashboard for more information.

Takes you to the Help Centre to find information or contact us.

Access the teacher’s materials for the course or courses. Depending on the courses you are assigned to, you will see one of the following:

  • Harmony Teacher’s Materials
  • Storyboard Pro Teacher’s Materials
  • Teacher’s Materials (both courses)

Team dashboard

Clicking on the Progress navigation button will take you to the Team dashboard. Here you will be able to add and edit student information, as well as track their progress and generate reports.

  1. Dashboard dropdown: Use this dropdown to switch between the Team dashboard and your personal dashboard.
  2. Student list: A list of your students’ usernames and profile pictures.
  3. Add users: A section where you can add students. For more information, see How do I add students to my courseware class? and How do I add students in bulk using CSV import? 
  4. Student options: Options for different types of information that you can see about each student. See Student option buttons below for more info on each one.
  5. Course Progress: Shows the overall course progress for the student.
  6. Team Reports: Generate reports on collective class stats. See How do I view student progress and reports? for more information.

The following pages can be accessed via the icons next to each student’s name:



See the student’s personal dashboard with their assigned courses, checklists, and certificates.


A summary of the student’s activity on the site.


Shows you student progress and allows you to download a transcript.


Allows you to update student details, reset passwords, and assign user groups.
