Option 1: Reset your password from the login page
This option will only work if you have access to the inbox of the email address associated with your courseware account:
- On the login page, click Reset Password.
- On the next page click Reset Password again.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from the platform.
- Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
- Return to courseware.toonboom.com and log in with your new password.
| NOTE: If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam folder. Some school email servers block external emails. If the email still does not arrive, ask your teacher to reset your password for you. |
Option 2: Ask your teacher to reset your password
If you cannot access your email or the password reset email is not arriving:
- Ask your teacher to reset your password from their Team dashboard.
- Your teacher will provide you with a new password directly.
- Log in to courseware.toonboom.com using your email address and the new password.
- If your teacher configured your password to be reset upon login, you will be prompted to create a new password and confirm that password.
