Q&A
Question:
Why is my License Manager empty?
Answer:
This means that there is no Product Code active in your device. If your Product Code was activated on another device, you must manually return your Product Code from the device where it was activated.
Question:
Why is my Product Code greyed out in the License Manager?
Answer:
The License Manager does not recognize your device. In this case, click on the Repair button. If the license fails to repair itself, please contact Toon Boom Support and provide details of your circumstances. Refer to the article How do I contact Toon Boom support?
Take note that a Product Code can only be repaired up to five times in a 60-day period.
