The My Assigned Licenses page is the default page that loads when a user or admin signs into the ELP. It can also be found under the Manage Workspace section in the admin’s left-hand navigation.
What can I find on the My Assigned Licenses page?
This page provides a personal page where you can view and manage the licenses assigned to you by your organization, along with the details needed to download and activate software.
You will find the following details here:
- Product Name: Name of the software
- Activation ID: The license code.
- Start date: When the license becomes active.
- Copies: Number of computers the license can be used on.
- Expiration date: When the license expires.
- Downloads link: Software download links for different operating systems.
How do I download my software?
- At the end of the row with the assigned license/product, click the Downloads button.
- A list of available downloads for that software will open.
- Click on the corresponding OS button to download your software.
