The Banks page can only be accessed by Organization Admins under the Manage Organization section in the left-hand navigation. On this page, you can also access the Manage Licenses page.
What can I find on the Banks page?
This page shows the pool of Flex License credits your organization has purchased. It helps you track allocations, monitor usage, and refresh available credits as needed.
You will find the following details here:
- Product Name: Name of the software
- Purchased: Number of monthly term credits purchased or requested
- Monthly Terms Granted: Number of monthly term credits granted
- Start Date: Activation date of the bank.
- Expiration Date: Expiration date of the bank.
- Used: Number of used monthly term credits
- Manage Licenses link: Takes you to the Manage Licenses page. For more information, see About the ELP Manage Licenses page.
- Refresh Banks button: Updates the view with the latest available term credits.

How do I create a new Bank?
Answer:
Banks are created by Toon Boom. Contact us if you need a new Bank.
Question 2:
Why can’t I generate or renew a license from a Bank?
Answer:
This can happen for several reasons:
- The Bank has not reached its start date yet
- The Bank has expired
- All available credits in the Bank have been used
If the Bank has expired or no credits remain, you will need a new Bank.
