Getting Started as an ELP Organization Admin

As an ELP Organization Administrator, you can:

• Generate, track, renew and reassign end-user licenses.
• Manage end-users by adding, removing, or updating user roles.
• Control the availability of product builds. 

This article provides an overview of the ELP's key features, and will help you find the articles you need for effective license management.

Registering as an ELP Admin User

Once your organization purchases Flex Licenses, you will receive an invitation e-mail from Toon Boom to join the ELP.

To access the Portal, do one of the following:

• Follow the instructions in the invitation e-mail to create your account.
• Go to license.toonboom.com and sign in with your Toon Boom ID.

Upon signing in to the ELP, you will see the My Assigned Licenses page and two sections of navigation on the left: Manage Workspace and Manage Organization.

What pages can I access as an Admin User?

The following pages can be accessed as an Admin User:

• My Assigned Licenses: 
  This page lists all licenses allocated to you by your administrator. See About the ELP My Assigned Licenses Page for more information.
• Dashboard: 
  This page gives you a high-level overview of your organization’s license usage. You can also access the Manage Licenses page here. See About the ELP Dashboard page for more information.
• Banks:
  This page shows the pool of Flex License credits your organization has purchased. You can also access the Manage Licenses page here. See About the ELP Banks page for more information.
• Manage Licenses: 
  This page is accessible from the Banks and Dashboard pages and allows you to assign and manage licenses. See About the ELP Manage Licenses page for more information.
• Product Versions:
  This page lets administrators control which builds of Toon Boom products are available to their teams. See About the ELP Product Versions page for more information.
• Users:
  This page allows administrators to add or remove team members from the ELP. It also defines user roles and controls what each person can access within the portal. See About the ELP Users page for more information.
