How do I activate a Network/Floating License via e-mail?

If a dedicated server machine does not have internet access, a product code corresponding to a Network/Floating License may still be activated using an alternative activation method. Follow the steps below to activate the license via e-mail.
Please note that internet access will be required to send via the license activation request file via e-mail to Toon Boom.
Step 1: Open the Toon Boom Activation/License Wizard
Open your Toon Boom software, or do one of the following:
In Windows: On your desktop, use the Windows key and search for “License Wizard”. Click on the result to open the Toon Boom Activation Wizard/License Wizard.
In macOS: Open the Spotlight search by pressing ⌘ + Space. Search for “License Wizard”. Click on the result to open the Toon Boom Activation Wizard/License Wizard.
The Toon Boom Activation Wizard/License Wizard will appear:

NOTE: The appearance of the Window’s version of the wizard may differ, but the steps are exactly the same as those shown above.
Step 2: Generate an activation request file
At the bottom of the Activation Wizard Welcome screen, click on the Activate Licenses button.
The Activation Options screen opens. Click on the Alternative Activation button.
The Email Activation screen opens. Click on the Email Activation button.
The Email Activation Options screen opens. Click on Network License.
The Email Activation - Network license screen opens.
Do the following:
In the Product Code field, enter the product code for the corresponding product.
In the License Count field, enter the exact number of seats that were purchased with the product code.
Click on Generate Activation Request to generate the activation request.
On the next screen, click on Save Activation Request to save the request in a file that can be sent to the Toon Boom licensing department.
A Save dialog window will appear. Browse to the location where the activation file should be saved and click Save.
Your activation file is now generated in the chosen location.
Step 3: Send the activation request and download the response file
In an email client, write a new email and add the activation request to it as an attachment. Then, send the email to licensor@toonboom.com.
The response e-mail will have a license file attached. Download the license file.
If your product is on a different machine than the one used to send and receive the e-mail with the activation file, use a removable storage device to move the license file to the machine containing the product.
NOTE: Responses are sent within one business day. Please allow for enough time to pass before attempting to resend the request.
Step 4: Use the response file to activate the license
Launch the Toon Boom Activation Wizard (see Step 1 for instructions).
The Activation Wizard will prompt you to follow-up on the e-mail activation that was previously started.
Click on Input Response File.
The Complete License Activation screen will appear. Click on Select License File to browse to the license file.
Browse to the location containing the license file. Select the responseXML.xml file received by e-mail, then click on Open. This will take you back to the previous Complete License Activation screen.
Click on Activate to process the response file and complete your activation.
Your Toon Boom product is now activated on the machine.
