How do I use my Product Code?

A Product Code can be activated by launching the Toon Boom Activation Wizard and using the Internet Activation options.

Step 1: Open the Toon Boom Activation/License Wizard

1. Open your Toon Boom software, or do one of the following:
   • In Windows: On your desktop, use the Windows key and search for “License Wizard”. Click on the result to open the Toon Boom Activation Wizard/License Wizard.
   • In macOS: Open the Spotlight search by pressing ⌘ + Space. Search for “License Wizard”. Click on the result to open the Toon Boom Activation Wizard/License Wizard.
2. The Toon Boom Activation Wizard/License Wizard will appear:

Step 2: Open the Internet Activation Options

1. On the Toon Boom Activation Wizard’s welcome screen, click on the Activate Licenses button.

Step 3: Activate your Product Code

1. Click on the Single user button.

2. The Internet Activation - Single User window will open:

3. Enter your Product Code in the Product Code field. This can be copied and pasted for convenience.

4. Click on Activate.

5. The Activation Successful window appears:

6. Click on Finish. The activation process is now complete.

Question 1: 

What/where is my Product Code?

Answer: 

Your Product Code should have been provided to you by your Sales representative, or Toon Boom’s Licensing department via e-mail. You can search for the e-mail by using “Licensing Information Notice” as the search term.

When I click on “Activate", I get an error message. How can I resolve this?
