While browsing the Toon Boom Learn Portal, you may see blank spaces in the layout. This is usually where a video should be, but it is not visible. Follow the steps below to fix this issue.
Option 1: Activate the marketing cookies
When the marketing cookies on the Learn Portal are not active, it will hide the videos and show a blank space. Use the following steps to activate the marketing cookies.
- Go to the Toon Boom Learn Portal if not already there.
- On any page of the Learn Portal, locate the cookie settings
button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Click on the button to open the settings:
- Locate the Marketing section and make sure to switch them to ON.
- Close the cookie settings and refresh any open pages with videos. You should now be able to see the Learn Portal videos.
Option 2: Other solutions
If you still cannot see the Learn Portal videos, please try the following:
- Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
- Close and reopen your browser.
- Refresh the cache for the page or site.
- If you are on a machine owned by a school or organisation, check that their security systems are not blocking the videos.
