FAQ: Centre of Excellence

Updated on

This article covers some common COE queries and their answers.

COE related articles that may answer your questions:

I’m a teacher at a COE, but I can’t renew my license. Why?

As a COE teacher, you will need to contact your Customer Success Manager to have your profile set to ‘Teacher’. This will prevent the duration limit from being hit which is what is preventing you from renewing. Please contact Customer Success via success@toonboom.com.

Why did my license run out after 1 year?

If you are a student, your license will only last for a year at a time. If you are still a COE student, you will have to manually renew the license by logging into your Toon Boom account. See How do I renew my COE student license? If you are a COE teacher, please see the question above.

My eligibility to the COE program expired, but I’m still a student at the COE. What should I do?

If you’ve extended your studies, this means that your status will have to be manually extended by the Toon Boom Support team. Please contact Toon Boom Support and provide details of your circumstances - How do I contact Toon Boom support?.

How do I know if my school is in the Center of Excellence program?

Please refer to the Toon Boom Center of Excellence presentation page, which lists the members included in the program.
