Q&A
Question 1:
My License Manager is empty. Where are my licenses?
Answer:
This means that there is no Product Code active in your device. If your Product Code was activated on another device, you must manually return your Product Code from the device where it was activated.
Question 2:
Why does my Product Code appear greyed out in the License Manager?
Answer:
The Toon Boom Activation Wizard does not recognize your device. In this case, click on the Repair button. If the license fails to repair itself, please contact Toon Boom Support and provide details of your circumstances. Refer to the article How do I contact Toon Boom support?.
Take note that a Product Code can be repaired up to five times in a 60-day period.
