How do I download my product?

Once you've purchased a subscription, you can download your Toon Boom Product by following these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account from the Toon Boom Online Store

NOTE: If you are already logged in, skip to the next step.
  1. Go to the Toon Boom Online Store.
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Sign In button.
  3. You will be redirected to the Toon Boom login page.
  4. Enter your E-mail and Password in the designated fields.
  5. Click Sign In.
  6. You will be redirected back to the Toon Boom Online Store.

Step 2: Download your product

  1. Go to the My Subscriptions page.
    You can also access this page from the user dropdown menu at the top of the page.
  2. On the right side of your subscription panel, click the download link that matches your operating system.

NOTE: By default, the download links provide the latest version of your product. You can select an older version using the Select a Version dropdown.
