How do I find my past invoices?

Need to review your past Toon Boom invoices? Finding and accessing your billing history is a straightforward process.

Follow these steps to easily locate your invoices.

Step 1: Log in to your Toon Boom account on the store page

If you are already logged in, skip to the next step.

1. Go to the Toon Boom Store.
2. In the header, click the Sign In button to go to the login page.

3. In the designated fields, enter your E-mail address and Password.
4. Confirm you are not a robot by ticking the I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) box.
5. Click the Sign In button. You will be redirected back to the Toon Boom Store.

Step 2: Find your invoices

1. In the header, click your user avatar.
2. The user dropdown navigation opens.
3. Click the Orders link. You will be directed to the My Orders page.

4. A list of summarized invoices will appear.
5. Click the View Invoice link of the invoice you’d like to see.

6. Your detailed invoice will open in a new window.
