How do I update my payment information?

Keeping your payment information up to date is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted access to your Toon Boom services, and to avoiding any billing disruptions.

Follow these steps to easily update your payment information.

Step 1: Log in to your Toon Boom account on the store page

If you are already logged in, skip to the next step.

1. Go to the Toon Boom Store.
2. In the header, click the Sign In button to go to the login page.

3. In the designated fields, enter your E-mail address and Password.
4. Confirm you are not a robot by ticking the I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) box.
5. Click the Sign In button. You will be redirected back to the Toon Boom Store.

Step 2: Update your payment information

1. In the header, click your user avatar.
2. The user dropdown navigation opens.
3. Click the Payment Details link. You will be directed to the Manage Payment Details page.

Billing Information

1. In the upper right corner of the Billing Information panel, click Edit.

2. Check your personal details and update them accordingly.
3. Click Update to save your changes.

Card Details

1. In the upper right corner of the Card Details panel, click Edit.

2. Update your card details.
3. Click Update to save your changes.
