How do I add a new payment method?
You can add or update your payment method from the Manage Payment Details page of the Toon Boom Store. See How do I update my payment information? for more information.
How do I get a refund?
Toon Boom does not issue refunds. Please contact success@toonboom.com if you need to talk to someone about your charges.
Why won’t my payment go through?
If you're having trouble placing an online order, or your automatic payment was declined, try the following:
- Verify that all of your information is correct and that your card has not expired.
- Try a different accepted payment method. See What are Toon Boom's supported payment methods? and How do I update my payment information? for more information.
- Make sure you have sufficient funds for the purchase.
- Contact your financial institution to see if there are any restrictions on the account or card.
How do I report unauthorized charges?
If you see a Toon Boom charge on your bank statement that you don't recognize, contact us immediately via support@toonboom.com.
