Before you resume or reactivate your Toon Boom subscription, take note of the following:
- A paused subscription can be resumed at any time.
- A cancelled subscription can be reactivated anytime before the current billing period ends.
- An expired subscription cannot be reactivated.

Follow the instructions below to resume or reactivate your account.
Step 1: Log in to your Toon Boom account on the store page
If you are already logged in, skip to the next step.
- Go to the Toon Boom Store.
- In the header, click the Sign In button to go to the login page.
- In the designated fields, enter your E-mail address and Password.
- Confirm you are not a robot by ticking the I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) box.
- Click the Sign In button. You will be redirected back to the Toon Boom Store.
Step 2: Reactivate your subscription
- In the header, click your user avatar.
- The user dropdown navigation opens.
- Click the Subscriptions link. You will be directed to the My Subscriptions page.
Resume a paused subscription
- In the subscription panel, click the Mange Pause dropdown button.
- Click the Resume Subscription link.
- The Ready to resume your subscription? popup window will open.
- Click Confirm to resume your subscription.
Reactivate a cancelled subscription
- In the subscription panel, click the Reactivate Subscription button.
- The Ready to reactivate your subscription? popup window will open.
- Click Confirm to resume your subscription.
