Before you resume or reactivate your Toon Boom subscription, take note of the following:
- A paused subscription can be resumed at any time.
- A cancelled subscription can be reactivated anytime before the current billing period ends.
- An expired subscription cannot be reactivated.

Follow the instructions below to resume or reactivate your account.
Step 1: Log in to your account from the Toon Boom Online Store
| NOTE: If you are already logged in, skip to the next step. |
- Go to the Toon Boom Online Store.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click the Sign In button.
- You will be redirected to the Toon Boom login page.
- Enter your E-mail and Password in the designated fields.
- Click Sign In.
- You will be redirected back to the Toon Boom Online Store.
Step 2: Reactivate your subscription
- Go to the My Subscriptions page.
You can also access this page from the user dropdown menu at the top of the page.
Resume a paused subscription
- In the subscription panel, open the Manage Pause dropdown.
- Click Resume Subscription.
- The Ready to resume your subscription? window opens.
- Click Confirm to resume your subscription.
Reactivate a cancelled subscription
- In the subscription panel, click Reactivate Subscription.
- The Ready to reactivate your subscription? window opens.
- Click Confirm to resume your subscription.
