You can stop future payments and cancel your subscription at any time.
| NOTE: Once cancelled, your license(s) will remain active until your current billing period ends. |
Follow these steps to easily cancel your subscription:
Step 1: Log in to your Toon Boom account on the store page
If you are already logged in, skip to the next step.
- Go to the Toon Boom Store.
- In the header, click the Sign In button to go to the login page.
- In the designated fields, enter your E-mail address and Password.
- Confirm you are not a robot by ticking the I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) box.
- Click the Sign In button. You will be redirected back to the Toon Boom Store.
Step 2: Cancel your subscription
- In the header, click your user avatar.
- The user dropdown navigation opens.
- Click the Subscriptions link. You will be directed to the My Subscriptions page.
- In the subscription panel, click the Edit Subscription dropdown button.
- Click the Cancel Subscription link.
- The Cancel Subscription popup window will open.
- Choose the reason you wish to cancel. See the NOTE below for more information.
- Click Proceed to complete the cancellation process.
NOTE:
If you want to pause your subscription for an unspecified amount of time, select "I am taking a break and will come back to it later".
Keep in mind:
- You can restart your subscription whenever you choose.
- Support plans cannot be paused.
If you want a one-time discount of 15-33% on your next renewal, select "It’s too expensive or no longer have the budget".
Keep in mind:
- This coupon offer is valid only once per user.
- Support plans and annual plans are not eligible for the coupon.
