You can stop future payments and cancel your subscription at any time.
| NOTE: Once cancelled, your license(s) will remain active until your current billing period ends. |
Follow these steps to easily cancel your subscription:
Step 1: Log in to your account from the Toon Boom Online Store
| NOTE: If you are already logged in, skip to the next step. |
- Go to the Toon Boom Online Store.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click the Sign In button.
- You will be redirected to the Toon Boom login page.
- Enter your E-mail and Password in the designated fields.
- Click Sign In.
- You will be redirected back to the Toon Boom Online Store.
Step 2: Cancel your subscription
- Go to the My Subscriptions page.
You can also access this page from the user dropdown menu at the top of the page. - In the subscription panel, open the Manage Subscription dropdown.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- The Cancel Subscription window opens.
- Choose the reason you wish to cancel.

NOTE: If you want to pause your subscription for an unspecified amount of time, select "I am taking a break and will come back to it later". Keep in mind:

- Click Proceed to complete the cancellation process.
