You can delete your Toon Boom Account at any time. Please take note of the following before you proceed:
- It’s permanent: The account deletion is irreversible. You won’t be able to retrieve your account or any data associated with it after deletion.
- Data loss: All personal, profile, product, and content data will be deleted, including data from other Toon Boom sites (Learn Portal, COE, etc,.).
- Billing: Your billing information will be cleared, but some subscription data may be retained by Toon Boom for accounting/legal purposes.
- Licenses: Existing licenses will remain active until they expire, but you won't be able to log into the licensing wizard using your Toon Boom ID.
- Student/School Verification: Your verification status will be removed, and you will need to create a new account and re-verify to regain student/school benefits.
Step 1: Log in to your Toon Boom Account
| NOTE: If you are already logged in, skip to the next step. |
- Go to the Toon Boom login page.
- Enter your E-mail and Password in the designated fields.
- Click Sign In.
- You will be redirected to your Toon Boom Account Overview page.
Step 2: Request Account Deletion
- Scroll to the bottom of the Overview page and click Delete account.
- On the Delete account page, check the boxes confirming that you understand the deletion is permanent and that all associated user data will be deleted.
- Click Yes, delete my account.
Step 3: Confirmation and processing
- You will receive a request confirmation e-mail.
- Within 3-5 business days your request will be processed.
- You will be notified by e-mail once your account has been deleted.
Optional Step: Cancel your deletion request
If you change your mind and would like to cancel the deletion request before it is processed, do one of the following:
- Reply to the confirmation e-mail you received.
- Log in to your Toon Boom Account and you will see a notification banner about your deletion request at the top of the page, click the Cancel deletion request button.
