How do I update my Toon Boom account information?

For a seamless user experience, it is essential to keep your Toon Boom account information up to date. Outdated information can lead to billing errors and missed notifications, resulting in potential disruptions to your workflow.

Follow these steps to easily update your details in your Toon Boom account:

Step 1: Log in to your Toon Boom account

If you are already logged in, skip to the next step.

1. Go to the Toon Boom login page.
2. In the designated fields, enter your E-mail address and Password.
3. Confirm you are not a robot by ticking the I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) box.
4. Click the Sign In button. You will be directed to your profile page on the Toon Boom Account.

Step 2: Update your account information

Profile Information

1. In the upper right corner of the Profile Information panel, click Edit.

2. Check your personal details and update them accordingly. 
3. Choose whether you’d like to opt-in to our newsletters by ticking the Stay in Touch with Our Newsletter box.
4. Select your Preferred language.
5. Click Submit to save your changes.

Contact Information

1. In the upper right corner of the Contact Information panel, click Edit.

2. Check your Address and Phone Number and update them accordingly.
3. Click Submit to save your changes.
