How do I update my Toon Boom account information?

For a seamless user experience, it is essential to keep your Toon Boom account information up to date. Outdated information can lead to billing errors and missed notifications, resulting in potential disruptions to your workflow.

Follow these steps to easily update your details in your Toon Boom account:

Step 1: Log in to your Toon Boom Account

1. Go to the Toon Boom login page.
2. Enter your E-mail and Password in the designated fields.
3. Click Sign In.
4. You will be redirected to your Toon Boom Account Overview page.

Step 2: Update your account information

Profile Information

1. In the upper right corner of the Profile Information panel, click Edit.
2. You will be redirected to the Edit my profile information page.
3. Check your personal details and update them accordingly. 
4. You can check Keep me updated with Toon Boom news, product tutorials, and tips to subscribe to Toon Boom newsletters.
5. Select your Preferred language.
6. Click Update to save your changes.

Contact Information

1. In the upper right corner of the Contact Information panel, click Edit.
2. You will be redirected to the Edit my contact information page.
3. Check your Address and Phone Number and update them accordingly.
4. Click Update to save your changes.
