Follow these steps to easily reset your password:

Step 1: Use the password form link on the Login page

1. Go to the Toon Boom login page.
2. Under the Password field, click the Have you forgotten your password? link.

3. In the Email field, enter the email you used to create your Toon Boom account.
4. Confirm you are not a robot by ticking the I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) box.
5. Click the Reset my password button.

6. You will receive an email with the password reset instructions. Open it and click the Reset my password button.

7. You will be directed to the Choose your new Password page.
8. In the Password field, enter your new password following our Password Requirements on the right.
9. In the Confirm password field, retype the new password to match.
10. Click Change Password to save your changes.

11. You will be redirected back to the login page.
