How do I create a Toon Boom account?

Creating a Toon Boom account will create a Toon Boom ID, which is a unique identifier that gives you access to various Toon Boom services; including software (if purchased via our online store), learning resources, support, etc,.

Follow these easy steps to create your Toon Boom ID.

Step 1: Visit the Toon Boom login page

1. Go to the Toon Boom login page.
2. Click the Register Now! button.

Step 2: Fill out the registration form

1. Under the Account Information section, fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*):

• • Username: How you would like your name to appear when using the site.
  • Email: The email where you would like correspondence to be sent. (Toon Boom will only send emails according to your correspondence preferences.)
  • Password and Confirm password: Create a strong password to match our Password Requirements. Retype the password to match in the Confirm Password field.

2. Under the Profile Information section, fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*):

• • First Name: Your actual first name.
  • Last Name: Your actual last name.
  • Country: Use the dropdown to choose your current country of residence.
  • Phone Number: Fill in your phone number. (Toon Boom will not use your number for marketing purposes.)
  • Member Profile: Use the dropdown to choose the role closest to your own.
  • Industry: Use the dropdown to choose the industry closest to your own.

3. In the Newsletter section, choose whether you’d like to opt-in to our newsletters by checking the box to confirm, or leaving the box empty to deny.

4. In the Terms and Conditions section, tick the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions. This box MUST be checked if you want to register on Toon Boom.
5. Tick the I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) box. This box MUST be checked if you want to register on Toon Boom.
6. Click the Create Account button at the bottom to create your Toon Boom Account.

7. If you see any of the following errors, go back and check if all areas with an asterisk (*) have been filled. Make sure the Terms and Conditions and I’m not a robot (reCAPTCHA) boxes have also been ticked.

Step 3: Verify your email

Now that you have created your Toon Boom Account, you will have to activate it via email. Do the following:

1. Open the inbox of the email address you used in the Email field of the Toon Boom registration page, and look for a verification email from Toon Boom.
2. Open the email and click the Activate Now button, you will automatically be redirected back to the Toon Boom login page.
3. Log in to your Toon Boom account using the email address and password you provided during the registration.
4. Your Toon Boom account will be activated. You can now use this account to access any site that requires a Toon Boom ID.
