How do I add a sketch column to the Xsheet?

If you’d like to draw some notes in Harmony’s Xsheet view, you can add a sketch column by doing the following:

Step 1: Open the Add Column window in the Xsheet view

1. Open or locate the Xsheet view. See How do I open a view? for more information.
2. Do one of the following:
   • In the Xsheet view, right-click a column and select Add Columns.
   • In the Xsheet View toolbar, click the Add Columns button.
   • Use the keyboard shortcut Shift + C.
3. The Add Column window will open:

Step 2: Add a sketch column to the Xsheet

1. In the Name field, type a name for your sketch column.
2. In the Type dropdown, select Annotation.

3. Click Add and Close.

4. A new Annotation column will appear in your Xsheet view:

   

5. Hover over the white area of the column, and click and drag to start drawing.
